« A lot of hair on the shower wall. The blow dryer broke when first started and then it almost caught fire. We tried to get a new one but the lady at the front desk didn’t know where to get one. The room was dirty looking in spots. »

« Room we where first put into and a soaked carpet beside the bed where the ac unit was. Carpet was musty and smelled bad. We had to be moved to a room with one king bed and a pull out sofa. At least they moved us to a different room. Some areas in the hotel needed repairs. Just ok for a very quick stay. »

« This was a great hotel! Very clean! The staff was very helpful. We left an electronic device in the room when we checked out. We called the hotel 7 later and they located the item and sent it back to us! Excellent customer service! »

« The staff were extremely kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. They welcomed us warmly upon arrival. They also allowed us to check in a little early and one staff rode the elevator up with us to show us how to get to the room. Quite refreshing for us who are in our senior years and have not adapted so well to today's ever changing technology. I wll highly recommend to all my friends and family members! »
