"Had confirmation of the room but when we arrived, it took an hour and a half to get into a room because it wasn't showing we had a room and the staff just laughed about it. Toilet ran all night, holes in the walls, a/c had to be on 55 to work so we either froze or burnt up. I definitely don't recommend staying there. "
"First night wasn't the best. No towels, no TV remote, and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. Thankfully the staff did allow us to change rooms to another room, and everything was good afterwards "
