Unfriiendly reception When I check in and the room wasn’t clean… hair everywhere in the room( in the bed,chair,towel). The towels are dirty and the sofa is dirty but although it has been replaced with another sofa it is still dirty and the manager is very kind and professional apologizes to us. Breakfast there is a requirement to wear shoes, you should not wear sandals, but many people wear sandals. They make rules but they are not obeyed. And the breakfast is not good either.

Very wonderful stay. Ms Angel was absolutely amazing as she helped us with our check-in and was very attentive to my mum’s needs who was in a wheelchair that stay. The hotel is luxurious and very comfortable to stay in.
