« This place was exactly what I needed. Very simple, no frills, but had all the basics and extremely close to the beach. Such an easy walk and the beach access has a new walkway. Bring a bag of ice. No ice maker. There is a counter top ice maker but the ice cubes melt quickly. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. What more do you need for a long weekend at the beach.Bring your own beach towels and chairs, like I said, there are only the basics. I would definitely stay here...

« This property is a 5 minute walk to the beach which was perfect ! The space was perfect for a beach trip the chairs and beach towels were such a huge plus since we flew in from another state ! The kitchen had everything you needed along with the washer dryer was perfect. Whole apartment stayed nice and cool the whole trip! The shower was horrible the water pressure was so bad it desperately needs a updated shower head//plumbing. There were a lot of termites in the bathroom so their wings were...

« We enjoyed our stay. All our basic needs were met. I would suggest that the unit be labeled so that it is easily located. The grass needed to be cut. I would suggest a few more hooks to hang things on. I really appreciate the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. My husband misplaced his sunglasses, if they are found please let me know. »

« The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The room was small but clean and modern. It had everything we needed. I liked having access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again. Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual) »

« It was just ok, served its purpose. If you’re looking for a place to sleep and close to the beach, then this place will work. Everything was dated but worked. The pictures of the unit on the internet was not the unit we were assigned. Also, please fix the way you communicate with the customer. The goofy message thing you’re using is not effective. Especially when the customer is trying to reply to you. Please put a sign up for where unit D is supposed to park, that would be helpful. »
