« My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. « We stayed for the weekend. The space is clean and well appointed. You have all the amenities you might want and the hosts even provided some light snacks and beverages. This place is great. The only drawback for us was that we stayed in the lower apt and we could hear the guests above us walking, talking, using the water/restroom, etc. the first night. So that was not ideal. Other than that though, we were very happy with our stay. »

Awkward entrance as you go through the back of the house and all the way around the property, but it isn't terrible. A bit of a dead zone for Verizon but T-mobile was OK; Wi-Fi was available which was needed. Good for easy overnight stay and cheaper...
