No need for a washer and dryer. If anything an all in one under the counter washer and dryer combo unit. A under the counter mini fridge would be fine instead of a full sized fridge. The two chairs should be a loveseat or a pullout loveseat bed. I’m a 64 year old man who’s in very good shape. I needed to be to climb that high up to get into and out the bed a few times during the night.
