"AC appeared to be fixed at a temperature not cool enough for me. No snack bar in room. No tv instructions and had to guess programs. Room billing varied each day. Never seen such a method. Would advise inquiring prior to booking. Parking per day $35/day when public is $25/day that was next door."

"TV is confusing, lacks basic channels that one would expect in a hotel. You can cast from your phone, but only if it is an Android (!). Pillows are ridiculously large and way too high. Barely slept and woke up with a sore neck. Hotel is very clean, the room is nice, but until the aforementioned are fixed, I wouldn’t go back (or I’d at least bring my own pillow if the price was right)."
