"Complexe hôtelier raffiné, élégant et luxueux. Élégance intemporelle, confort contemporain, hôtel moderne, près de la Cathédrale de Köln et des monuments historiques, des bars animés, des restos typiques allemands et des transports en communs. Un endroit qui dépasse mes attentes. Chambres spacieuses, lumineuses, élégantes, meubles au goût du jour, décoration sobre, literie et serviettes propres et de qualité, chambre de bain spacieuse, bien équipée m douche en verre, produits sanitaires de qualité. Propreté impeccable des lieux. Grand confort. Séjour inoubliable. Salle à manger le Bistro, excellente cuisine et présentation des plats exceptionnelle. Le service, par un jeune homme marocain, je ne connais pas son nom, son service est excellent. Courtois et professionnel, Bravo et félicitations. Un séjour exceptionnel et inoubliable dans un endroit de qualité."
