"It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad. No breakfast provided. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere. The reception...

"Surprisingly good location for West lake and nearby shopping stripe. Located in a quiet street, there is a night market just opposite on the road, and walking distance to West lake in 10 mins. Not your 4 star room, but comfort for a night stay. Facilities are a bit dated but checked-in was smoothand easy, the check-in instructions were clear."

"The location isn’t really convenient. Whenever we take a cab back, the driver would drive all the way down the road and make a U-turn back to drop us off. There’s not too many stores downstairs. Ordering take out is very convenient though. The delivery guys would put it in the robot and it would deliver it straight to our room! Staff in the lobby were really nice. "Excellent reception service. Needed to stay an extra night and staff was very accommodating and pleasant to work with and really desires feedback which not a lot of hotels ask for. Modern sleekly design rooms that are nice and clean and supplied with complimentary snacks and beverages beyond your normal water, coffee, and teas. Work desks can control height of table for standing and sitting when working on laptop. Very quiet neighborhood even with the vendors right across the street. Al lot of malls and food stalls right down the main street. This hotel can be missed since it is tucked in street with other large buildings but would highly recommend a booking."
