"My stay was just okay, and not what I usually expect from a Hilton Hotel. When I arrived to check in, the first TWO rooms that I was assigned had mildew/mold/dirt all on the shower head which grossed me out and gave me the impression that cleanliness was not a priority since the mildew could be seen at first glance. When I went to the desk to report the shower heads, the clerk was quick to offer me another room but tried to act like he had no idea what I was talking about stating that no other guest had complained, which even further gave me the impression that cleanliness was not a priority seeing as how it was an issue with not one, but two rooms that I was assigned. Another issue is that one elevator was broken, so having to wait for an elevator was an extensive process for my entire stay. The elevator floors were also not cleaned frequently, as the same dirt and stains from guests getting on the elevator wet from the pool, was still in the elevator when I got on it over 16 hours after first seeing it. All in all, everything else about my experience was fine.. but as cleanliness is of the utmost importance to me when staying in a hotel, I will not be returning to this Hampton Inn when visiting Pigeon Forge in the future. "

"The room at the property was clean and comfortable! The indoor pool was very, very cloudy. When standing on the steps, you could hardly see the bottom step in the 3 foot pool area due to how cloudy the water was. The indoor Jacuzzi temperature was lukewarm- just slightly warmer than the pool. The indoor pool temperature was great though. We had an issue upon check-in. We had accidentally put the wrong expiration date for our card upon booking. We had selected to pay at the hotel at the time of check-in. While we were driving to the hotel, we get an email from Expedia saying that there was an issue with payment and that we were going to be marked as a no-show. This was approximately an hour before check-in time even started. While chatting with Expedia customer service, the manager had the customer service agent ask us if we could use a different form of payment if we didn’t have the money. I was very much taken back by this. To mark someone as a no-show before check-in time even begins is wild. To also assume that someone would be coming on vacation with no money, is also wild. Humans make small errors. This would include typing in a single digit wrong on an expiration date. We travel 3 to 4 times a year as a family and we stay in Wyndham resorts for the majority of these vacations. This was the first time that anything like this has ever occurred. The experience before check-in really put a sour taste in our mouths and we were overall very disappointed pre-arrival."

"We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The kids loved the pool. The hot tub didn’t work but that isn’t a big deal for us. We will be booking again. "

"The room was clean, the common areas were clean. MOST of the staff was helpful. However, we had a poor experience with maintenance. Our AC broken and he looked at it twice, still broken and he seemed upset that he had to replace it. I had to go to the front desk multiple times to get it fixed. The indoor pool was a bad experience. The water was dirty. There were a lot of obnoxious and rude guests (at least 30). In addition, there were some very inappropriate bathing suits. I think that the people that were a problem weren't overnight guests at the property. I never saw any of them around other areas of the property. The lifeguards were pleasant and respectful. However, the obnoxious guests often ignored lifeguards. We may never go to another water park. We went to dinner at one of the restaurants. We had 2 kids meals, a side salad, appetizer and 1 drink. It was $60 before tip."
