Room was clean, nice, and comfortable. We loved the convenience of the plugs being on the top of the bedside tables. My only negative experience was the design of the shower. It is designed as a glass half wall with no door which looks cool but any way you stand in it the water splashes off your body and out of the shower on to the floor making it all wet. Great location, very clean, staff were great, bar and starbucks were great. All the things that you want were right there including microwaves in the rooms and mini fridges. I basically needed a place to sleep so I could get back on the road early the next morning without worrying about cleanliness and noise. This hotel being my last overnight stay before returning to home in MD. I will say positively that this hotel far exceeds any other hotel stay in All Categories. This hotel is truly 5 stars and above if I could go higher I would but they limit me to 5 stars only !!! And my best nights sleep I will add !!! The only complaint we had was the bed was hard as a rock. I didn’t end up sleeping well. The service was excellent. The food at the bistro was very good. The staff there is awesome. professional, and very attentive especially Crystal, Kara, December and Jackson. Socializing with them was like catching up with old friends. The beds are very firm (a little to firm for our liking) and the pillows left us with achy necks, shoulders, and upper backs (even after stacking the 2 of them). I learned the last night that they have memory foam pillows which may be better than the feather ones we had or if you can, I recommend bring your own pillow. My son (22 yrs) slept on the sofa bed. He said it was very hard and uncomfortable. The blowdryer provided only had one working setting, low The breakfast was good and the honey hot wings were delicious (made by Jackson and December). Storage for clothing is very limited so pack conservatively. Buc-ee's is within walking distance which was a nice surprise (we have never been to one before) and a quite mind blowing experience in a good way. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend this location to friends.
