"The room was clean and uncluttered, a bit dated in decor and amenities. The TV is not smart tv so be prepared to watch streaming content on your phone. Could use renovation. Staff was polite and friendly but the front desk seemed understaffed. I would often have to go downstairs to get help. And help took its time coming to the room. Dinner at the restaurant was an unpleasant experience, I ate the worst steak ever there. Would I go back there? Yes. Hopefully they would have upgraded to smart tv!"

"Very nice hotel with a friendly staff and very clean rooms! We were there when the Cubs weren't playing, so it was easy to get around without game traffic. Also, unlike a lot of other hotels, they didn't treat the Expedia reservation as inferior. We had a nice room with a view of the field."

"Cute hotel in a quiet and pretty area of town, but still walkable to restaurants. Parking was easy. They only do valet though, so bring cash for a tip. The interior had a cozy design with a cute sitting room with coffee and tea. The rooms didn't have a coffee maker, which was difficult for me because I need it first thing in the morning. But for people not self conscious about going down to the lobby for coffee before showering/makeup, the setup is great and they have lots of creamer/sweetener options available. The room was on the smaller side but plenty big for me and my husband. The bed was comfortable and there were snacks/drinks stocked for purchase. Both staff members we talked to were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"
