"The location of this hotel is very convenient if you need a room near LHR Airport; it is just one metro stop from Terminal 3 to Hatton Cross station— simply cross the road, and you are there. Despite the fact that this hotel is so close to the airport and you can see the planes flying overhead, our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The room was pleasant, and the bed had a very good mattress and pillows, we felt comfortable. A small fridge is provided, as well as a water kettle to make coffee and tea— something we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, with a wide international selection. The lady at the reception was very friendly, and it was also great that we could keep the room until noon on the day of departure and leave our luggage at the hotel until we headed to the airport in the evening. As an improvement for this hotel, it would be nice to have complimentary bottles of water or a carafe of drinkingwater in the room. When the room was cleaned, our bed was made, but the bathroom wasn't done. At check-in, the computer system turned out to be down, and we had to wait a long time before we could get a room, this can happen, however be offered a glass of water in this situation would have been appreciated."

"Nous sommes restés avec nos 4 enfants pendant une nuit car nous avions 11h d’escale à Londres le soir pour un vol à 6h20 après plus de 12h de vol. Nous n’avons pu profiter pleinement des services de l’hôtel , mais les lits étaient confortables, spacieux . L’hôtel était silencieux et propre. Et climatisé."

"Very happy with our stay. Unfortunately we had an issue with the air conditioner in our room (was unlucky this was during a heatwave) but it was able to be fixed enough for it to work, unfortunately it was still making weird noises during our stay. Brought it up during check out, and was told they’d get it looked at again, so it shouldn’t be a problem anymore. As for the room was very nice and cleaned well every day of our stay. We really enjoyed the fresh water and coffee available at reception and having a mini fridge in the room came in handy! Overall would definitely stay here again!"

"Nous avons passé 4 nuits au Mitre House Hotel. Le point fort est sa localisation, à proximité de Paddington et dans un beau quartier. Le personnel était serviable et gentil, également pour le breakfast. La chambre était très bien, même si dans un style plutôt « vieux ». Heureusement qu’il y avait un ventilateur, car nous avons eu assez chaud (nous y étions en pleine canicule). Je recommande cet hôtel, simple et efficace pour un séjour à Londres de quelques jours !"
