"The price of the room was more than far nicer hotels. My stay here last year was great. I reserved a room with a king size bed. One of the screws securing the door latch fell out as soon as I opened the door. The room was not the cleanest. The bathroom was nasty. There was urine stains all over the base of the toilet and in the shower there was dark mold in most of the grout lines and walls. The shower faucet was so loose it was hard to shower. The staff was kind and friendly. They were quick to secure the door and clean some of the mold out. For 192 dollars a night I didn’t expect a moldy stand up shower with a small fabric curtain. I assume he was the manager that promised a better different room the following day if I chose to stay or a discount off the one night stay. However when I asked about the promised discount, they said I booked through Expedia so there was nothing they can do. They are currently renovating, but the whole experience and cleanliness should have been addressed. I understand some parts won’t be spotless but the smell was a sure sign it was old mold when I opened the door to the bathroom."

"We enjoy our stay here every time we drop a child off for college in Rexburg. It's close enough to do all we need to do to help our college students, far enough away the rates aren't quite as high during typical dropoff and pickup times for BYUI. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the beds are comfortable, easy to enter and exit the parking lot, and a reasonable price"

"Staff were amazing, breakfast was great for options for my picky eaters. Pool was overrun with wild teenagers the first afternoon/evening and very green the next day. Ice maker on the 3rd floor out of order (and another hotel guest said it’s been broken for months, as they have come through quite a few times), so had to go to another level anytime ice was needed. There was some dirtiness with our room but staff was very fast to get things sorted. Really the hotel it’s self was average but the staff made up for any problems."

"I chose this spot because I had already spent considerable time last summer in Idaho Falls for work and wanted something different than the hotels that line the falls downtown. I just happened upon this while on Expedia. Looked cool as hell. And indeed it was. I liked having my own little house in a peaceful and well designed setting. Plus, it was very convenient to schedule a massage at the spa and walk over there when the time came. Indoor heated pool was very relaxing. Highly recommend."
