"Lack of pride and care to this hotel. We will not be going back even if the location was convenient for our plans. We paid way too much money for what we got. Here is a quick run down: Pool had dirt and band aids floating around, same for the hot tub, pool area was not the cleanest either. Unsecure building, no need for a key card to get into the building. Smell of urine and lack of aeration in the hallways. In order to have access to Wi-Fi you had to create an account with Whyndam and share personal information. Bes mattress was in terrible shape. As soon as someone sat or laid on it, it would sink on that side. Stains on pillows and comforters. Reno’s where done to the bathroom but cracks in the drywall on top of shower head and ceiling fan hanging from ceiling. Only being held in place by wires. Garbage at the front door that wasn’t hard to see that it had been there for a bit. We didn’t even bother to stay for the continental breakfast once we saw the general uncleanliness of both the outside of the property premises, the pool area and the lack of maintenance. "
