"The check in process was very slow. Once we received our key cards and went to the room the key cards did not work. We had to go back to the desk and get new ones. The floor of the room was not clean. Our room happened to have a balcony but it was filthy as was the one chair on the balcony (we cleaned it so we could use it). Also, when we first arrived the door to the balcony was open and the glass windows in the door were filthy. There was hair not belonging to us in the bathroom, the mirror had smudges on it. There was also only one bath towel and two hand towels when we arrived and we had to ask for more towels. The remote for the TV did not work. We got new batteries for it but it still didn’t work. We told the desk about it but nothing was done. We had no housekeeping service for our stay of three nights and we were not told we wouldn’t have it. The breakfast was just OK but the garbage was stacked on top of the receptacle like a giant balancing game. I do have to say the staff we dealt with were very pleasant- I just think they didn’t have enough help and were overwhelmed."
