« We loved staying at this property. It was so relaxing after being out all day to come home and relax. The pond was definitely a highlight and every evening our kids wanted to hurry back to swim and play in the water and sandy beach. The house is really great too with everything we needed. Very clean. « ELEVATOR NOT WORKING and property management company is in Canada, there is NO phone number to speak with anyone, all communications are only done via messaging. This is our 3rd stay in one of the units in this property. We appreciate the kitchen and 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The decor is always cute and love all of the towels.We love the big kitchen and washer and dryer. Lots of little things (make up remover towlettes, laundry detergent pods etc.)However, this stay had some.big negatives....

« The loft was perfect for us! The property owner/manager was very responsive. We had asked prior to our trip if a crockpot was available, and there was one. However we got there and it wasn’t there. We contacted them and by the end of the day they had one by the door for us. Do be mindful that the bathroom and laundry are all on the first floor, it wasn’t super clear from the description. But overall that didn’t hamper our stay! »

« The rental and property were clean. The bed was comfortable and heat in the home worked well. We were very pleased with our stay and will return. Since we were visitors, grocery store on the highway has everything you’ll need. There is a bar and grill called Shotgun within a quarter of a mile for a great burger. »

« First appearance was scary and the garage smelled like cat urine and was cramped with garage "stuff" which made it non accessible, BUT... The downstairs quarters were very clean and the mattresses were awesome ! There is a closet set up as a play area for the kids and the 3 boys we had loved all the new toys to play with. The kitchen is well stocked and everything works. We didn't feel like we were in a basement because everything was wide open and bright. The owners have done a fine job...

A grocery store is literally 2 blocks away if you find you need any food and there is also a Walgreens, gas station, Taco Bell and other small restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. This is very important in Rexburg, Idaho where it gets very cold! The building itself is also friendly and there’s plenty of parking and privacy. »

"Lack of pride and care to this hotel. We will not be going back even if the location was convenient for our plans. We paid way too much money for what we got. Here is a quick run down: Pool had dirt and band aids floating around, same for the hot tub, pool area was not the cleanest either. Unsecure building, no need for a key card to get into the building. Smell of urine and lack of aeration in the hallways. In order to have access to Wi-Fi you had to create an account with Whyndam and share personal information. Bes mattress was in terrible shape. As soon as someone sat or laid on it, it would sink on that side. Stains on pillows and comforters. Reno’s where done to the bathroom but cracks in the drywall on top of shower head and ceiling fan hanging from ceiling. Only being held in place by wires. Garbage at the front door that wasn’t hard to see that it had been there for a bit. We didn’t even bother to stay for the continental breakfast once we saw the general uncleanliness of both the outside of the property premises, the pool area and the lack of maintenance. "
