« Housekeeping came to my room and left us with no towel (1 towel for 3 people in the room. It was a suite so obviously we had more than one person. I had asked for more coffee pods in my room, and told them all I had left was tea. So they brought 4 more teas up. Kinda frustrating, but I like the hotel nonetheless. »

« The shuttle service is perfect: quick and convenient, 24h. The breakfast was delicious, hot wafles, omelettes and toasts, among others. The check out is at noon, which makes it much easier than the usual 11h am. Our only problems were with the special requests we had made through expedia that had not been checked by the hotel, so we had no baby crib and no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived. »

« Hotel propre et confortable. Dzcoration datée et piscine a l'abandon. Petit dejeuner propose: café et barres de céréales. Un peu juste pour indiquer un petit dejeuner. Zone aeroport avec rien autour. »

« Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

« Loved this hotel. I will for sure stay here when in SA. The staff is amazingly helpful and kind. Free breakfast and happy hour with good food and drinks. It saved us money from spending on dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable. »

« J’ai réservé en fonction des notes. Bruyant par la rue et les voisins que l’on entends comme si la porte était ouverte. Pas de coffee machine pas de Tv. Pas de petit déjeuner mais Starbucks et quelques chaîne juste à côté. Lit confortable »

« Great staff! Very friendly! The hotel is a bit dated and my room was not cleaned one day, but overall a decent stay. »

« Nice property aesthetically but there was instances of dirt in my room. On the sheet and the ice Bucket top had residue of dirt. »

« Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. I am always a fan of Marriott. This was my first time in San Antonio, and I definitely plan on returning. I chose my hotels based on the bathrooms and Marriott always has a great bathroom mirror! I will be back soon! »
