I have never experienced anything like this at a Marriott property. The check-in process was quick and easy but when we got up onto the floor and they were linen piles all the way down the hall, mind you this was 4:30 in the afternoon. They didn't clear those till after 6:00 p.m. There was stains and mildew on the ceiling in one of the corners of the room. The Wi-Fi was down when we arrived, The elevator only had one functioning button to call it. The second one was taped over. They were stains all over the carpet in public areas on the second floor right outside the elevator. Like I said this is not representative of a Marriott property.

Felt like a motel. Hotel smell like sewer. AC didn't work in the lobby. Room was out dated. Restroom door didn't work. Several light fixtures didn't work. Room had a bad smell. TV would blackout. Gave us pool towels instead of regular towels. Bed mattress were cheap. Too expensive for what you get.
