"Room was dirty when we came in and could hear everything in other rooms and hallways"

"The room was very clean, the inn is old but has an updated bathroom. It was up a flight of stairs so mobility issues would be difficult. The breakfast was freshly cooked with only one sitting at 9AM, food was excellent. I was not a big fan of no staff on the premises, everything had to be done with a phone and I am not tech savvy. The location is very convenient to visit historic area of Harper’s Ferry. Parking was not a problem. "

"We got in late, and the person at the front desk was a DREAM, even getting us a rollaway bed and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again!"

"This hotel was not worth the price. The bathroom products were very low quality, the fitness room was one treadmill and one elliptical with a system set on 71 degrees which is way too warm. Breakfast on the weekends isn't served till 7am so we couldn't have it prior to our scheduled race. This hotel is nothing special for the price."

"Bed was comfortable, however the pool was cold and I was disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub on the premises. Room was great, but when I used the Bonvoy Marriott app to request more towels and linens, there wasn’t a response. Overall, a comfortable stay!"
