"My husband and I were in the area to ride the Potomac Railroad train as a dinner trip excursion for my birthday. We decided to stay overnight at The Keyser Inn. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room we had (the king suite) was excellent, and my husband was thrilled with the jacuzzi tub! The breakfast is a continental breakfast, so it was simple, not elaborate, but enough to get you out the door and on your way. However, I would recommend that they offer water as a beverage instead of just orange juice and milk. I was not able to drink anything with my meal. I can’t drink coffee, and orange juice makes me sick, so my bagel and cream cheese was a little hard to swallow with no liquid. I would definitely recommend The Keyser Inn. We will go back when we are in the area again!"

"I loved the kitchenette inside the room. The room was relatively clean (although i had to kill a hornet in the bathroom 😭) and staff were quick to help me at the front desk at check in. The property is unique and has rocking swings and multiple picnic tables to sit and enjoy the stream that flows beside the parking lot. Even though it js right off of National Hwy (Route 40), it also has a secluded feeling to it that's nice for relaxing."

"Nellies farm house in Romney WV is a peaceful retreat in an idyllic country setting. On the drive in you can appreciate the beautiful mountains and farmland, and the view from the house is an expansive visa of the whole valley. The house is the perfect blend of modern convenience, and country charm. It was roomy, well stocked, and very clean. There was even a record player with vintage vinyl. There is an elevated rear porch with great views and a hot tub on the patio below. We enjoyed the views of antique barns from various large windows in the house and had a fun time seeing the cows graze in the field below. The hosts were accommodating and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time there and look forward to returning again in the future."
