"Cloy's spot is perfectly situated at the center of Kihei, well within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and more. The room is minimal but perfect for a couple who is going to spend most of their time enjoying the island (as you should!). The AC was a huge bonus that helped us sleep comfortably in the evenings. Parking was plentiful and secure at night. Overall, we would love to stay at Cloy's place every time we come to Maui!"

"Great location. Great view. Nice condo. The only complaint was the pull out sofa. It kept sinking in the middle. It was not comfortable at all. We even brought a camping mattress, but had to put towels and blankets under it to make it flat. Otherwise great stay. The king size bed in the room was very comfortable."

"Our second stay here and both were outstanding. The unit is clean, spacious and on beautiful land. They provide all the basics and more- beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, snacks. The owners are responsive and easy to deal with. If you want to stay in the Haiku area of Maui, this is a great choice. About 15 minutes from Paia and Baldwin beach. Very convenient to be able to walk to the Jaws Country Store."

"As described and as shown in the pictures. Location and amenities made it a good value for us. The place is a nice size and well outfitted. It was very clean. You're right by the lower pool and the beach is a short walk across the street. You are also just far enough east that you avoid the pedestrian traffic in the main part of Kihei. Times and Foodland are nearby for groceries and we read they have the better prices. The grounds around the apartment are well maintained too. Maui is certainly...

"My husband and I stayed here for a week during our trip to Maui and of all the places we stayed during this trip (and previous trips) this far exceeded anything we have ever experienced! The place is beautiful!! All the appliances and amenities are high end! Everything was stocked including things like butter, milk and even wine! And while this sounds goofy…even the toilet paper was Charmin! Not the thin stuff everywhere else has. Frank, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful! You can tell...

This might be the nicest unit in the complex, being corner and ground floor, and the complex is also really nice. Great views, with one small caveat: there’s a hedge on the right side of the property that obstructs some of the view to the west. The sun rises directly over Haleakala crater in the morning, as viewed from the condo patio. Saw hundreds, maybe thousands of whales...

"Cute place that is close to everything. Walked to the shops at Wailea as well as the beach path. Unit was clean and has great wifi. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Fiona is awesome - responds to any inquiries very promptly. I wanted to stay a few more days and her help made it very easy. Highly recommend."

Beds extremely comfortable and amenities like cooler, cooler backpack, and beach towels were appreciated. Property manager very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions. Easy beach walk across the street and located close to snorkeling cruise we took as well as jumping on the road to Hana. Highly recommend!"
