Check-in was effortless and the room was very clean. The bathroom was a bit small (you have to more or less stand beside the toilet, which is not easy, to close the WC door). There is a very nice lanai with a couple of chairs from which you can spend hours watching the surf crash on the nearby beach. The beach is easily accessible from the property, and is a good place to walk. Sound travels between the units fairly easily, but we found that the other guests honored the "quiet zone" times. Kitchen is small but serviceable. If you don’t mind no TV, dishwasher, or AC then this is the place for you. Ocean breezes were adequate cooling for our stay, and the sound of crashing waves is relaxing. Only ice is from a small plastic tray in the freezer.
