"The location isn’t really convenient. Whenever we take a cab back, the driver would drive all the way down the road and make a U-turn back to drop us off. There’s not too many stores downstairs. Ordering take out is very convenient though. The delivery guys would put it in the robot and it would deliver it straight to our room! Staff in the lobby were really nice. Waking to the stillness of the water from your room is pure magic. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, with a sense of understated opulence and thoughtful design. The Grand Club is a standout, offering exceptional service, generous amenities, and a serene space to unwind throughout the day, the only distraction is the children that often accompany parents which is maybe not such a consideration for others paying to upgrade to Club. Our room came with a comfortable bed and excellent linen and towels, which is important to me. With its elegant interiors and unbeatable location just steps from lakeside walks, dining, and shopping, it’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience and so glad we booked the stay. "

"The most beautiful and enjoyable stay. Hotel is just a year old, the amenities are beautiful. They offer daily cultural experiences like making scent tablets with a master incense maker. Beautiful pool as well although we would’ve enjoyed a warmer pool in early spring. Breakfast amazing, semi- à la carte with a buffet of fruit and pastries. Staff most accomodating as well. I’d really like to come back. The only less desirable thing was when I was loading the car on departure, a staff member came after me for payment of a stock standard canvas shoe bag that I had taken from the room. Those weren’t clearly signposted as for-sale items are usually available to us for taking so it somehow made the experience slightly weird for me especially for the price that we paid. "
