« We stayed here with our dog while our son was in Cooperstown for baseball. This was everything we wanted. Our hosts were wonderful, the location is beautiful, our stay was comfortable and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The outdoor shower was amazing. We really enjoyed visiting with the animals on the farm. Fantastic experience all around. »

« Great place to stay. There were four of us and it was about perfect with having one bathroom. Two kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle boat are there for use. But plenty of room if you brought your own. I would recommend bringing your kitchen essentials (spices, oil, condiments) as there aren’t really any there. Easy walk to the beach across the road. Road is 45 mph so people are hustling on the road but you can see a good half mile or more in each direction. Driveway is steep and not a ton of room,...

« Just the fact that it is 1930s vintage says a lot. Check-in and directions super easy. There was a surprise batch of cookies and a fireplace starter which were both delightful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Bedrooms very small but the outside front porch, back porch and yard provided cool places to relax and unwind. Near-by Usher Park a perfect place for small children. »

« What a wonderful stay we had at this Riverfront Cabin. The house needs a few updates, but a noisy AC unit was nothing compared to all the other cool things this place has to offer. The kids and I loved the pool, hot tub, sauna, hammock, fishing....the list goes on. Josh responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. We will be back next year! »

« Our stay was very nice. Place was clean and organized. We are a family of 4, Three adults and a teen. The sofa/futon is a pull out double bed. It was ok. If left open to bed, not much room during the day with kitchen so close. The drive to the lake was short and very nice. Lots of places to eat in the area. Great shops in area. All in all, a very nice place to stay. »

« Adorable little cottage just a few minutes from Lake George. Perfect weekend getaway for my wife and I! The hosts were extremely nice, made sure everything was clean for when we arrived, and even left us some tasty donuts on the kitchen table! « First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure! »
