You will find food and water bowls by the back door. (Adjustable heights) For any spills you will find a light compact vacuum in the cabinet by the back door. \*We do charge a $75 pet fee. Charge your Tesla up to 200 miles in 15 minutes! \~ \~ For families with young children, we have thought of some great amenities that will make you feel right at home! Enjoy the backyard with our brand new fully fenced in yard!!! At your request we can set up a pack n play prior to your arrival! (Complete with sheets and blanket) The Pack n Play will include a comfortable newborn mattress that can also be used for tummy time! We were there for regatta weekend and the house was both convenient and in a quiet, private area. It was incredibly well appointed, with welcome goodies, tons of coffee and a fenced yard for our pet. There is a wonderful path that leads directly to the SPAC grounds. The hosts were over-the-top accommodating and responded immediately to all of our questions and requests. They really thought of everything you might need and made sure it was available. They even had extension cords, which we took advantage of. They were so attentive to questions we had and always responded quickly. We were there for a concert at SPAC and the location is so close, we were able to walk to the concert.
