A peaceful setting in the woods. The winter walk along the river was amazing as was the playful signs posted along the trail. The cabin was immaculate and comfy. Erica was so kind and accommodating, such a wonderful host.

The property was great. It really suited us. The tiny hob was the only issue and the kids bunk room was tiny. The outside space and the view were perfect. The shower was great and the main bed was really comfy.

We very much enjoyed our 2 short stays at the river life cabin. The cabin is very well stocked with just about everything you could need during your stay, that was extremely helpful for us as we had to pack lightly for our trip. The addition of the pavilion over the picnic tables was amazing. The property grounds are beautiful, and I can't say enough about how accommodating the hosts were. I highly recommend and will be booking here for future trips!

The cabin is absolutely ADORABLE!It was a tight squeeze since our twins are still in pack and plays but if you have kids that can use the bunk beds it would be great. Really loved the space and the open area with games.

Our stay at River Life Cabins was wonderful. They were very clean and complete with everything that is needed for a wonderful stay.Erica and her husband pay attention to so many details that make it a comfortable stay. Very much like being at home.

Wow. Gorgeous home, spotless, full of character, nice amenities. I loved the front porch rockers and the riverside lounge area, which was lit even for a night stroll. Which, unfortunately we needed, since we arrived after dinner. DO heed the warning to take a photo of the check-in instructions!! Day-of check in instructions seem to be the norm for VRBO- but I was not smart enough to plan for no cell coverage on arrival, and wished I had received the instructions at least a day in advance so I could read and digest them before starting my long drive. That aside, my husband and I wished we'd booked 2 days instead of one so we could have soaked in the relaxing atmosphere for longer. I hope we can come back some time and make that happen!

Perfect riverfront cabin

Beautifully appointed and maintained cabin fronting the Sacandaga River. Cabin had every imaginable amenity to enhance the woodland experience. Hosts were notably gracious and responsive--though everything was already thoughtfully and conveniently set up, so minimal communication was required. First rate experience in every respect!

Cozy River Cabin

A perfect, quaint and cozy pit stop with our furbabies for our long trip to Vermont in February. Beautiful and fun location with ease of check in and check out. Definitely a go to for ourselves when we travel up this way and will highly recommend for friends and family as well.
