"Excellent view over the falls. One of the front desk manager could be nicer even if under immense pressure. Everything else is excellent. Starbucks within the hotel. Breakfast was awesome with the amazing views. Rooms were fantastic. Parking and general hotel price could be cheaper"

"The suite was very nice and clean. Everything worked as it should. The toilet paper was folded into a nice triangles, thought that was cute Hotel itself was in a good location as well. Close to the things we like to do while in Toronto. The view was the only thing we would've improved if we could. Actually wish we stayed long enough to check the pool out"

"The Chelsea is a large bustling hotel in a great location. It is close to many restaurants and shops as well as the subway. Check in was easy with helpful staff to negotiate getting to the right elevators and room. I stayed only for one night and had selected a smaller room. It was well appointed, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The only glitch was the room temperature. The heating system was not working and the day was cold . I called the front desk and a portable heater was brought to my room quickly. I had dinner in The Elm Tavern which is in the hotel. It’s a higher end “tavern “, lots of energy, very good food and excellent liquor selection. The atmosphere was upbeat and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The staff were friendly and professional. Very enjoyable place to dine or hang out. Very enjoyable stay at The Chelsea. Recommended."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Really close to the falls and a decent view of the fall from floor 7. I would suggest higher for a better view as we had a few trees obstructing the view. Rooms are a little dated and it would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room rather than having to go down to the lobby. Would stay again!"

"We stayed at the Congress for a Bears game. We selected it based on price and proximity to Soldier Field. The price was incredibly reasonable, so I was a bit concerned about the quality and cleanliness of the room and hotel prior to checking in. We were more than pleased with our room and the hotel overall and feel it was great value for our money. The room was very clean and had been updated quite recently. It was roomie in both the room itself and the bathroom. We also appreciated the amenities in the room, including a coffee maker, refrigerator, a large, walk-in closet, plenty of drawer storage for clothes and extra seating and table. It is also near do much in the city, so it’s a great place to stay. The only issue that I had is I wish the TV had been a bit larger. But other than that, I would highly recommend the Congress."
