"We spent 2 nights on the property and had a great time. The decor and atmosphere of the cabin are very inviting and comfortable. The cabin was very well stocked throughout. The views are spectacular to say the least. Wonderful place and we will definitely return."

"The location of this studio apartment is absolutely perfect! We could sit on the large shared deck and enjoy the view of the lake with a cup of coffee or walk across the park to the lake in one minute. There is a lovely park between the apartment and the lake where you can rest on one of the many benches and enjoy the peace of the lake water and beautiful mountains beyond. Our timing at the beginning of May allowed for a variety of weather, from snowy days to beautiful sunshine. The apartment itself was just right for the two of us and our pup. We cooked on the grill on the deck and in the well stocked kitchen. It had all the pans, bowls, and utensils you could possibly need for the week we spent there. The owner was very quick to respond and communication was excellent. The apartment was clean and well cared for. I would highly recommend this location for a single or couple looking to enjoy the peace of Grand Lake. We spent the week walking the boardwalk in town and hiking around the area. It was very relaxing and just what we needed to escape life for a while. Because of the reviews I read before we went, I took a small dustpan and brush but due to the location by the beach, a broom would be beneficial. We used the vacuum several times to keep up with the sand and dog fur. We definitely plan to come back in the future."

"We loved the condo - it was perfect for our group of 4 friends. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were so comfortable and the hot tub was great! The owner provided us with a ton of information about the area. We had such a great time! Thanks!"

"I booked this cabin in preparation for a surprise trip to Grand Lake to propose to my girlfriend (now fiancé!) It was exactly what I had hoped for - tucked away and cozy, really had all the charm one desires in a little cabin getaway. Very clean, ample kitchen supplies for cooking dinner, and a wonderful wood burning stove to heat the place up on chilly nights. We also made a nice campfire in the fire pit out back. The cabin is situated on a dirt road off the main drag going towards Grand Lake, so the downtown area was a quick 5-10 minute drive. Also very close to the 3 lakes. The comfortable bed and spacious living room made for some great relaxation time on a snowy morning as well. Easy check in/check out. 10/10 would absolutely rent this place again (and probably will!)"
