Being poolside, the party was right outside our door. It was so loud, vulgar and out of control. Tried multiple times to get the front desk to do something. They didn't. We couldn't use the hot tub or pool, it was filled with ppl drinking excessively. Hotel staff said that there was nothing they could do. The hotel itself was fine, nice pool, hot tubs and the room as decent. The bed was hard as a rock and had to sleep with my feet by the headboad."
