"This property offered a cozy nest right next to Lake Granbury. The host was responsive and friendly. Kitchen was well stocked and we received on on-site letter that answered our questions on Wi-Fi and our hosts contact info. The multi level decks outside the hosts primary home were open to us to enjoy lake views and breezes. Enjoyed eating our host provided mini muffins and coffee on the deck."

"They only thing bad i have to say is that i ask for a late check out went i first checked in they didnt note it so at 11:15am the knock on the door told my friend that was there with me, they were not gonna honor my late check out, and even ask before i left in the morning because i had to go to work a few hours down the that my late check out for 12 was in place and he said yes "

"Breakfast is the best we have enjoyed at any hotel/motel in recent years. Room layout is good but not outstanding.TV could not be adjusted to watch from the couch. No drawers in the room. Hotel staff did provide a three drawer unit for our use since we were staying a full week."

"This property was the perfect place for our family gathering. We had 10 adults and an infant. The home was beautifully decorated complete with all the extras! The beds were very comfortable. There was more than enough seating for everyone. You can walk in this home and have everything you need for an extended stay. I have stayed in a lot of vacation homes and this was by far the best. The host took great care in insuring that we had everything we needed for cooking and comfort. It was a very peaceful space with plenty of activities inside and out to keep us busy including pickle ball, ping pong, cornhole, games, pool, puzzles etc. The hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond. I highly recommend this home as a great place to stay. We will definitely rent tgis place again! "

"The house had everything we needed and room for us, our children, and grandchildren. The house was nicely decorated and clean. The little kids enjoyed the pool and the young adults liked the rope swing on the dock. We also used the canoe. Great place to stay!"
