« Bien que dans un environnement urbain l'hotel Bansko permet de trouver du repos. Nous avons bénéficié d'un changement de chambre avec upgrade suite à un problème de serrure. Le personnel était agréable, la chambre très confortable, propre et calme. Nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine étant arrivés trop tard, ni le restaurant. Néanmoins le petit déjeuner était bien malgré l'offre de fruits limitée largement compensée par quelques préparations "maisons". L'hôtel est à une petite vingtaine de...

« The hotel/resort is much bigger than it seems from the description. The room was in fact an apartment, was quite small - but not too uncomfortable. The hotel was very big and quite crowded (lots of children) - not great for a couple's stay. I guess it can be good for a family stay with children (given the pool/aquapark, etc.). The location is quite far from the center, but convenient to access the mountain (and good for skying I guess). The breakfast buffet was not great. »

I was happy to find Boris serving breakfast, whom I had known as lifeduty at Winslow Spa, always kind and speaking good french. Service is good, kind staff, always willing to help. Breakfast was good and susbstantial (eggs, bulgarian charcuterie, cakes, fruits, etc). Good spa : pool, jacuzi, 2 saunas and a steambath (however often off). Close to main street, shops and restaurants. Gondola is 7 to 8 minute walk but they have...
