"Location was good for us because it was just a few minutes drive from my mother's nursing home. The hotel and room were fine. The only thing unusual with the room was vinyl flooring rather than carpet, which make it uncomfortable for me to walk around in bare feet, especially because it was winter and we tracked dirty snow into the room which melted and left salt stains. We decided to leave our wet shoes by the room door to keep the rest of the floor dry."

"The lobby has just renovated. There is a small business section that has computer & printer set up. More seats for guests to sit around to wait. The new open cafe area has more choices of bakeries, snacks or coffee. Great location if u need to drive or take public transit "

"We were very happy with our stay. The host was spectacular. He was extremely accommodating and responded to our messages very quickly. The unit is in an upscale community and close to restaurants, golf courses, and shopping malls. The unit is super clean and the washroom amenities were abundant."

"Extremely disappointed. Stayed here back in January and had a great experience. However, this time when I arrived around 10:30pm the door was locked. Knocked but no answer. Messaged but no answer. Phoned several times but no answer. I knew they had children so was reluctant to ring the doorbell to the main house but finally did, twice. No answer. Ended up having to find a hotel room kind of nearby. The next morning the host apologized and mentioned something about calendars not syncing. He refunded about half of what the hotel room cost me. When I messaged twice asking to cover the full amount of the hotel (that I never should have had to find) I was ignored."
