"Good: updated facility that was relatively clean except for old carpet and materials being removed. It is a good location and in a quiet area. Bad: We specifically chose this facility because they offered breakfast. The breakfast area was not attended two both mornings we wanted to eat there. On the first morning we had to ask someone to check the food as some items were out such as cooked eggs. We then had to wait 20 minutes for them to be placed in the buffet. The second morning there was no hot food and we asked the front desk if it was going to be replenished. They informed us that the staff that provides the cooked food did not come in!"

"The room was definitely not worth how much I paid. If you have kids especially. The staff was SUPER rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all. Charged us for every single item. Charged us $100 because my child started her period and it got on the sheets. I just don’t understand how you treat someone like that. I’m fighting this and I definitely will NEVER ever recommend this hotel to anyone! They were against us colored people and you can definitely tell or they don’t like children. The pool was full of some type of substance to the point you could not see through the water. It burnt my kids skin. We left 10 minutes. Breakfast was okay but too many people and not enough food or sanitation. It smelled like dirty diapers or like someone took a poop in the entrance way. It smelled SO bad. WiFi sucked. The whole experience was horrible. I hated it!"

"Unfortunately our stay was not one to where we would come back. The pool and hot tub were down for the weekend, the room was not fully cleaned- but due to short staff. The one positive thing I will say is the lady on night shift was so understanding and her hospitality was great!"

"There was mold on the shower walls and shower curtain. The ceiling had water stains with paint peeling. The pool is a nice size for many kids to play at but overall the hotel is run down and needs a refresh. The beds were super lumpy. But the courtyard was super fun and had a little bit of everything for the kids and adults. There is no microwave in the rooms, just a tiny one in the welcome area. Bring s’mores stuff if you’d like to have some with the fire pit!"
