"The room was a great size, bed and room was clean and comfy. I had great servcie provided to me by staff especially the front desk staff at check in and check out. The pool was nice, with decent food choices off property in the area. I would absoluetly come back here. "

"Upon arrival check in was great. Booked a room on the third floor which was clean but had roaches. Front desk immediately came up to room with keys for another room. Ask me if they could see the bug and said that room would be exterminated. Moved to a higher floor and had no issues. Be prepared to pay for parking. "

"Our recent stay at The Cook Hotel and Conference Center at LSU was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the customer service and friendliness of the staff were top-tier, warm, attentive, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, offering delicious selections that exceeded our expectations. Our daughter graduated from LSU in May and we had to move her out of her apartment in July. The hotel's location, just two minutes away, made the entire process incredibly convenient and stress-free. We’re already looking forward to returning for a more leisurely visit."

Room was a bit small & there’s no fridge or microwave. But other than that we had a very pleasant experience. My husband & I were extremely impressed with the staff. 👍👍😊"
