"Our room was clean except for the sheets. I brought my own to sleep on, thankfully! However, the bathroom and again everything else in the room was clean. Friendly staff, and great hot breafast. You have to get there early to eat bevause the waffle mix goes fast. I will stay there again. "

It is also well situated for public transportation, and is in a very safe and walkable part of downtown. It is also very close to Buckingham Fountain and Millennium Park, as well as many historic buildings of great architectural interest. And we have always found the staff to be very friendly, kind, and efficient."

"The room is large and elegantly decorated. The king bed is very comfortable. Very large windows provide a great view. Nice refrigerator. Nice large flatscreen TV. Individual A/C control to allow the guest to adjust the setting. Great place to stay!"
