On m'annonce des frais supplémentaires pour : - utiliser la cuisine avec la cuisinière - utiliser la chambre qui est verrouillée on me dit que je peux dormir dans les autres lits (ceux dans la pièce principale, avec le bruit du couloir, ascenseur et de la ville (fenêtres simple vitrage) et humidité afférente... j'ai demandé à avoir ce qui était prévu par ma réservation. on m'a passé au téléphone la manager qui a été ignoble avec moi ! elle a tenu des propos menaçant et blessant à mon égard ! elle m'a proposé de me check out et ne pas me rembourser ! j'ai demandé à avoir l'enregistrement de notre conversation, chose qu'elle avait promis en début d'appel, pour finalement dire le contraire. j'ai été très affecté par ce temps perdu (cela a différé de plusieurs heures mon installation) et le stress provoqué par cette dame si ignoble dans ses propos et attitude à ne pas trouver de solution. je demande le remboursement et des dédommagements ! J'ai des photos en preuve de l'humidité, saleté, chambre fermée. J'ai également des preuves qui corroborent que l'attitude de la manager n'a pas été adaptée et que je n'ai jamais manqué de respect ni été déplacé dans mon attitude. merci pour votre retour.
