« Fantastic hotel and staff! They pay attention to the small details- for example, toothbrush holder in the bathroom, nice! Rooms are big, clean, nicely furnished. Beds are very comfortable. They have a wonderful included buffet breakfast at the restaurant attached to hotel called Lupo. Buffet but very fresh - they also make omelets - coffee is delicious! They have a nice shuttle to the beach - very helpful. Will definitely stay again. »

« Such and great experience from staff to amenities to cleanliness. This was our second time at the Avenue and they didn't disappoint. We had a room with a balcony over-looking Rehobeth Rd which was very enjoyable. Room was super clean, towels were plenty and I appreciated the staff's helpfulness. We'll definitely be going back! »

« Pros: Cute hotel. Close to the beach/boardwalk. Very convenient. Staff were friendly. Cons: walls are paper thin, ants everywhere in the rooms. Even if you keep everything sealed and cleaned. Pool was a little dirty as well. »

« The room was clean, staff very friendly, LOVED having the pool and beach view to keep track of my teenagers going back and forth. The reataurants were great although it would have been nice if they had later hours! Literally no complaints and cannot wait to return! This was a senior trip for my daughter and her friends and they made friends all around them and so many memories! »

« Love that it was next to beach and right in the middle of an active lifestyle for after hour beach time. Close to everything. Added plus was the parking garage. Must be a heavy sleeper as the nightlife will keep you up all night. But again....that's Dewey. Great place! »

« This hotel should be condemned. It is disgusting. I've never seen a hotel room so filthy. The room has inches of dust, dirt and years of filth. We used an entire bottle of disinfectant spray and Clorox wipes and our own sheets and towels, just so we could make it through the night until we could find another hotel. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. It was so dirty and unsafe, we had to leave a night early with no refund, and move to another hotel. Other guests were doing the same. I can't...
