This house is so well located - on a quiet side street but truly walking distance to three major supermarkets, restaurants, and the transit center from which you can get transportation to most of the major ski areas. The house is quiet and has nice views. The host was responsive and flexible. You'll have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The location is excellent. Washer & dryer Complimentary laundry podsThere’s a third toilet located in the laundry room. The garage is heated & has an extra refrigerator. Spices left by previous rentersAmple dishes & utensils.Plenty of towels & bedding.The house was clean.Cons:No house book explaining how to operate the systems or appliances.Stair railing is not to code. A 6-year-old fit through the rails.“Twin room” isn’t a true bedroom; it is an enclosed loft with no heat & serves as a pass-through to the upstairs room.The baseboard heaters in the upstairs bedroom didn't work.The closet had clothes & shoes belonging to the owner.Shampoo, conditioner & soap for a week-long stay were approx. 10 ml. eachThe dishwasher did not work & was not repaired. Only provided two dish towels for the week.The hot tub was not operational. We booked in Aug for Christmas week & weren’t informed until the day before check-in that the hot tub was not workingNo snow shovel available & the owner was unsure where one might be.Trash can contained trash from previous renters.Owner:With late notice regarding the non-functioning hot tub, dishwasher, & fireplace, and the non-functioning heat upstairs we asked for compensation. The owner stated, “I can offer you 10% or you can find other accommodations.” This was communicated on Dec 23 for a Dec 24 check-in, which was not a realistic option for our family. The 10% refund was only issued after I followed up once we returned home.
