The unit is located on a second floor and it has a private balcony overlooking the water. There are three bedroom and two bathrooms. The Space: About this space Renovated 3BR/ 2bath apartment overlooking the water. This gorgeous unit is located on the second floor of a three unit house. All units are rented on Airbnb. Guest access Guests have access to the deck and dock on the property and pool area. Guests will also have access to one parking space which can fit two cars in front of the home. It's a boater's paradise with easy Intracoastal access. Getting Around: Getting around from Hendricks Isle is convenient and offers a variety of options: Walking: Las Olas Boulevard, with its shops, restaurants, and entertainment, is easily walkable from Hendricks Isle. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the boulevard or explore the charming side streets. Biking: Biking is a popular way to get around the area. The only issue, and I bet they have fixed it already, is the unit number was missing from the door and it was upstairs which wasn't explained in the check-in.
