Cons: partially renovated, dirty walls, dirty furniture, dirty showers with awkward shower head angles, needed a deep clean. We slept in cheap microfiber sheets with a fuzzy blanket on top, no duvet or comforter. There was maybe 12 thin scratchy towels for 16 guests for a week stay. When I asked for more towels I was told there was tons and to just look around and that they also had pool towels. The pool towels looked like they were just towels that had been left behind by prior guests. Rather than argue for more we just bought towels. The pull out couch upstairs is completely broken. You are instructed to turn the pool and hot tub off at night so the pool never gets that warm, also can only heat 1 at a time.FYIs (didn’t dock points for these)You will need to drive to the beach if you want to visit it. Not close enough to walk. You aren’t facing the main canal, rather just a side so not many boats will drive directly past you. However, the house is only a few houses down from the main canal so you will see quite a few boats going that way.If you have kids - There is no railing towards the canal. ##### Staci M. We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious home! From the start, the communication with the host was great and easy. Every room was thoughtfully laid out and incredibly comfortable—especially the beds, which were hotel-level cozy. The kitchen was well appointed, and the outdoor space, including the pool, was perfect for relaxation and entertainment. We had a minor issue with the AC in the primary bedroom, but the property manager was incredibly responsive and had it resolved quickly. The communication and care from the team made the experience even better. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! ##### Denique B. There was something for everyone - watching sports, mixing drinks, playing cards, barbequeing, putting on the green, swimming, tanning, relaxing - it was superb!! Would definitely recommend this beautiful home. Plenty of sleeping accommodations, close to stores, and lots of room for everyone. It is an absolutely wonderful property. Some of the mattresses are a bit too soft but not a problem.So great to have plenty of space for fun and lounging around, a bar, and ice maker, plenty of fridges for keeping wine and beverages cold. Pool towels, pool games, etc. Everything for a good time.The place is in need of a refresh with wear and tear evident, and it could benefit from a deep clean of the kitchen extractor and the ground floor tiles. The host was very responsive and helpful. His assistant Hannah was fabulous. The house and location were prefect.
