While it is not close to the ocean, it is very conveniently located and was less expensive than ocean property. Very centrally located with nearby stores and restaurants. Comfortable furniture and beds. Great backyard deck with nice speaker system and a new grill. The property host, Alex, was tremendous. We had a couple of repair issues early on and he addressed them very quickly. His maintenance team is tremendous. My wife and I would recommend it to others..
