"I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the room was. I felt like I was receiving 5 star service from the moment I checked in. Everyone was so nice and would send daily texts checking on whether I needed anything which was very thoughtful. The property is an older property but very well kept. It's about a 20 minute walk to the historic district. There is a busy road that you have to cross but once you get past that it's a pleasant walk through through a beautiful neighborhood. The only issue I had was that both the Jacuzzi and bath tub were lukewarm at best, but neither of these were a biggie. Highly recommend!"

"The breakfast was regular hotel breakfast. The pool was gorgeous and had a hot tub. You are located off a main road full of restaurants and fast food. The staff are friendly and the space was very well clean."

"From the time you check in until you check out, the hotel was amazing. Our ocean view room was perfect, everything you need for a vacation by the ocean. Will definitely stay there every time when in Jacksonville, FL!"

"William the desk agent at night was nothing but rude , disrespectful and unprofessional. The elevator was inoperable and the cleaning ladies in the morning were very loud and obnoxious"
