« Very clean, beautifully renovated. But we never felt alone there. We could hear the conversations of the people below, which made us feel the need to whisper to each other for privacy, which is not relaxing at all. Bed and pillows were not at all comfortable. Outdoor space didn't feel welcoming or private. Location was excellent. Overall lovely apartment, but never felt 100% comfortable there. »

« Will definitely be back when in the Jacksonville area. Lovely and conveniently located property. Very impressive backyard. Manager responded quickly whenever we needed them. Definitely recommend the bar and restaurant called Silkes around the corner. Only a 2 min walk away! »

« Greg is a 5 star host! He greeted me upon arrival and walked the property and apartment with me. He also had local places to visit(similar to hotel stays). Greg's hospitality beats most large hotel concierge service. The apartment is truly amazing, beautiful, and clean. The surrounding areas are a true nature lovers dream! »

« We loved our place and St. Augustine Beach so much we stayed an extra day! The location of our duplex was great, we could walk to everything (except the Publix) food, beer and most importantly the beach! The duplex was clean and had everything we needed - even beach chairs! It was the perfect size for us and had a great outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again! »

« We were in Jax visiting family, and wanted to be close to the beach. The weather was cool and windy, so we really appreciated the heated pool. Great pool for kids, also, with a wide shallow shelf at one end. The place was neat and clean, with a great kitchen. Being upstairs is nice, as you get a nice tropical feel seeing palm trees out of the windows. »

« The cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean and open. Beach is literally steps away. We opted to bring an air mattress for our teen and one slept on the pull out sofa, comfortable enough for a few nights. I think the pricing was fair but a larger bed in bedroom with a TV would be ideal. It would be lovely to come back when weather is warmer. »
