"Lovely welcome with help with bags offered without asking. Friendly check in and immediate help when our ‘phone wouldn’t work in the room (not that we needed it- apart from to call reception to book our hour slot in for the spa facilities). Good service for food and drink on the evening and a lovely breakfast. My only slight ‘gripe’ is the hour allocation for the use of the spa area. I understand it’s to keep the number of people in the area limited but we got a bright orange ‘all inclusive type’ bracelet to wear and it just seemed the only part of the trip that was a little unnecessary. However, the spa facilities were also lovely although we could only use certain facilities. Gorgeous room with a complementary upgrade and Elmis toiletries suppled. I would definitely return! "

"Room was large, very comfy, chairs etc, really relaxing, large TV, coffee machine. Really enjoyed my stay, food was great, although quite slow service. Didn't have time to use all the facilities but would def stay again. "
