« Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Location is good, on a dead-end street at the edge of Goodwill Park, about 2.5mi from center of Falmouth, and about 2mi from the Shining Sea Bike Path. The host is very responsive and helpful. « Nice property with amazing AC. Everything was ready and clean when we checked in. The property needs a little fixing. The freezer wouldn't keep ice cold, it kept melting. The sliding door needs to be repaired and the dishwasher needs to be secured to the cabinets.. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and essentials needed but we had to go buy salt and pepper, sugar, all spiced. Maybe it is a Cape Cod thing not to have those in the unit since COVID, not sure. « Property was just as listed. Good location close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Great back deck with nice breeze. The grill was out of propane which we filled. I wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities like bikes, beach gear, and outdoors space! « We loved this home, everything about it! The neighborhood was quiet and folks were friendly and welcoming. The house was in great condition, everything anyone could want was there. The hosts were kind in all their communications. I was able to figure out several sweet bike ride loops that included beautiful coastal sights, quiet bike baths and a swim to cool off. Wonderful spot! »
