Spend your days relaxing by the ocean, biking along the scenic Shining Sea Bikeway, or exploring Falmouth Harbor. With easy access to the Island Queen Ferry, day trips to Martha’s Vineyard are a breeze. Enjoy the best of coastal living—local restaurants, charming shops, and classic Cape Cod experiences are all just steps away!

Great location!! We had our family dogs with us who enjoyed a nice way down to the local beach, quick walk to downtown, and a great fenced in backyard! Highly recommend!
