"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in \~ bonus!! "

"The property is very nice and had no problems with staff. They were very nice and helpful. However, for those looking to access public transportation this hotel is not for you. I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). Have to use taxi to get to station. So if you have a car or other...

"受付カウンターの裏に書類や物が山積みで汚い。部屋のエアコンはすごい動作音、外もうるさく、部屋に耳栓が 置いてある。ベッドは硬く畳の様。風呂の湯だけはラドンと天然温泉で素晴らしいが、風呂の掃除もされておらず、石鹸シャンプーは４席に一つ、とにかく人がちゃんとやればできるところが全くされておらず、これで素泊まり二人で１９０００はボリすぎ"

"The experience of our stay was AMAZING it is the high light of our trip to japan recommend staying there. the resort is modern and luxurious. the staff are kind and welcoming the service and hospitality was exceptional . room (lodge) size is big with view of mount fuji. the facilities areas (cloud area) is lovely and cozy with bonfire and indoor fireplace we enjoyed hanging out there. the resort offered various activities that i recommend booking in advance (pizza making, hiking, canoe, electric bike and other activities) we also booked breakfast box that is in room breakfast recommend booking it in advance. and we had dinner in there restaurant (La carte) which was lovely. we will stay again for our next japan trip."
