"Staying at the Country Inn is always as expected. Clean, friendly, comfy, and well appointed rooms with an added attention to details. The fire pit area out back is a lovely spot to sit and relax in the evening. The Country in is close to Camden and all the quaint seaside communities along Rt. 1.

"Lake life as I remember it from the 80s and 90s, everything we needed which was mostly a beautiful spot and peace and quiet. House is very basic and sweet. Mostly spent time outside and exploring nearby, so much to see! One thing I didn’t realize from the listing was the need to bring our own drinking water, but we managed! Loved hearing the loons and early morning kayaking. "

"Totally enjoyed staying here, and definitely would book this house again. The kids loved the kayaks, the paddle board and fishing from the dock. It is tucked away in a woodsy, peaceful setting but just a short drive to Camden. "
"Had an enjoyable long weekend stay in Lincolnville. The owner/host was helpful in all respects. The property was quintessential new England bed and breakfast complete with amazing breakfast and slightly squeaky stairs.
This is a great option for those looking for good food, relaxation and a comfortable, quiet nights sleep.

"This was our first time to Lake Megunticook and we loved it- there are endless ways to enjoy the lake, we paddled the canoe and kayak across to a picnic spot for lunch, we swam every day, and my young children waded in the sandy shallow portion to search for special pebbles and frogs. The house has a long porch with picnic table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the water views and spotting loons. The house is a rustic seasonal cottage, it has a generous living area inside, including a large kitchen and dining area, a single bathroom, and bedrooms that connect. Owners were very responsive. Thanks for a lovely visit. "
