Staff was very friendly. The only downside was the faucet in our bathroom did not work properly at all. It was very frustrating.

We love this property. The room assigned was too near nose of the kitchen. TV location made it unwatchable. Aslo. no meal service 2 of the dates there was not ideal.

Enjoyed our stay. I was really exciting to go to this Hotel. After being there to be Truthful the Room was plain nothing fancy. Main gathering room was redecorated with all alcohol ( Whiskey) glass bottles in the cabinet. Where’s the beautifulness of room decorating. Very expensive for a Hotel for prices. Rate this Hotel 3. Will not go Back.

Extremely happy with the facilities; an outstanding value. Definitely hope to stay again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the Mille Lacs area!

There was construction over the whole place. The entrance was being jack hammered when I was trying to check in. They just gave you a paper apologizing. Tons of workers every where. They were recreating hallways. The elevator was so smelly that we took the stairs to the third floor. There weight room was missing a weight from the set. Nothing below 10. Tiny area. In order to eat break they opened up a conference room which was also a storage room. Manager was nice and helpful. Changed room floors. Due to being there for a concert hotel prices were hiked way up which definitely shouldn’t have been for these conditions. Also made it impossible to switch hotels. Hotel should have disclosed construction before people booked.
